Official sequence of certifications SSI, step by step. Start with a try dive, get your Open Water to dive on your own and keep climbing levels until you make it a profession. Each step unlocks new depths and autonomy.
Short courses to add to your base certification. Nitrox, wreck, deep, technical diving... Each specialty opens up a new type of dive and is recorded in your portfolio SSI.

Experiencia de 10 con el centro. Desde el primer momento todo el equipo nos transmitió muchísima cercanía, confianza y profesionalidad. Han estado muy atentos en todo momento, pendientes de cada detalle y haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos y seguros durante toda la experiencia. Los puntos de inmersión son impresionantes y, aunque cuando fuimos la climatología no acompañaba demasiado, supieron gestionarlo todo a la perfección para que pudiéramos realizar las inmersiones con total seguridad y tranquilidad. Se nota muchísimo la experiencia y la pasión que tienen por lo que hacen. Hoy hice mi primer bautizo de buceo con David y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde el primer momento me explicó con mucha calma y entre bromas lo esencial antes de entrar al agua, resolviendo todas mis dudas y transmitiendo mucha seguridad. Dentro del agua estuvo siempre pendiente de mí, atento a cada detalle y logrando que me sintiera cómodo en todo momento. Hemos hecho nuestro primer bautizo de buceo con el equipo de Mar de Hielo y la verdad es que ha sido una gozada! Hice mi curso Advanced y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo el equipo fue muy profesional, cercano y siempre atento a que me sintiera seguro y disfrutara cada inmersión. Quiero agradecer especialmente la paciencia, la claridad al explicar cada ejercicio y el buen ambiente que crean durante todo el curso. No, at Mar de Hielo we design our diving baptisms so anyone can discover diving on the Costa Dorada without requiring previous certification. Our SSI instructors will guide you step by step in safe waters in Tarragona, Salou or Torredembarra, and afterwards you can continue with certified diving courses if you want to progress.
We are the only 5-Star SSI club in Tarragona with over 20 years of experience and our own technical workshop. Our dives on the Costa Dorada take you to wrecks like the Heinkel, caves in Cap Salou and underwater walls that you'll discover with divers who share your passion, not just your level.
